Airplay on MacBook Air M1 shows incorrect resolution

I've recently connected my MacBook Air M1 to the iMac 24 M1 via AirPlay. Why it doesn't show me the correct native MacBook Air M1 resolution? It should be 2560x1600 pixels but the only available option is 2560x1440 pixels (why is that??). And also normal scaled menu is missing. What's wrong with it guys?

also I have no option to adjust the brightness of MacBook Air from the iMac 24 brightness menu. This option is also not active

I'm using the latest 12.5.1 OS

iMac (24-inch, M1, 2021, 2 ports)
