iphone 11 remote management
I just bought a new iPhone 11 from T-Mobile when I tried to download it from my old iPhone I get stuck at remote management and I can't get past it. Help, please

Was your old iPhone remotely controlled?
Should be this case, that's normal (since all data have been transfereed from that old device)
Shouldn't be this case, contact T-Mobile and explain the problem you're encountering.
