iPhone location is wrong

from yesterday, my location is set as Leeds. So everything I do is for Leeds when at present I’m based in reading! I’ve done the update and re started phone several times. Google maps have me in Leeds then finds my real location as does imap. But my location in apps stay the same! HELP
