Unresponsive screen
My iPhone 11 screen is unresponsive can I still backup my Data? Or am basically screwed?

If you are unable to access your iPhone, you will not be able to back it up to either iCloud nor Finder/iTunes on a computer. You would have to rely on earlier backups that you have been making to either of those to recover any data.
