how to update the cellular issue?
how to update my iphone 5s? i can’t make this call or text..

There may not be an update for your iPhone5s. To check, select Settings > General > Software Update. the resulting page will identify which version you are on and if an update is available, it will prompt you to do so.
Another thing to check … Open Settings > Cellular Data. When On, it will identify your carrier and plan. To refresh this information and link to the nearest towers, turn Cellular Data Off. Wait several minutes, then turn it back on.
