iPhone XS was released in 2018, so 4 years ago. Whether you have been using 2.5 years, it was likely made before you came to own it. As such, your battery health indicates it would be time to have the battery replaced. The fact you can see the battery health percentage, indicates it did indeed come with an authentic Apple battery. Still, it's time to have it replaced. And you should ONLY let Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider replace the battery in your phone. No one else has access to authentic Apple parts. NO ONE.
