Apple does not ship outside the country of purchase.
To buy Apple products in a country with no Apple stores and no resellers, you would have to contact a reseller in a nearby country who would accept your payment and be willing to ship to your country.
If you had warranty claims, you would have to be prepared to return the device to the seller for service.

Are you referring to the US store? You need to do business with an online Apple store for your region. Or find a reseller.

I bought my MacBook Pro in 2013 while I was in Fiji it was shipped there, purchase from US, but I live in the Solomon Islands. So if Apple does not ship internationally that means, even though I have access to the online store, should I wish to make any purchase of any apple product say an iPad that would not be possible right?
