There has been sufficient advise offered, from more than one contributor, for the User to make an informed and educated choice what the next course of action is required for this computer.

The suggestions have been put forth on a volunteer basis, in good faith and in the best interests of the computer.

If the user believes there is an uncaught malfunction or Bug in the Operating System, suggest submitting a Bug Report to Apple

The Dating Hub Application must Request to the Operating System to Offer Notification.

If it does not because the application is either not offering that feature or is not full designed to function on macOS Monterey.

Suggest contacting the Developer of this specific Application for further assistance and or update / upgrades to comply with macOS Monterey

All the "tips" received till now are not really useful. Some notifications pop up for a second and then disappear. Previously in older OS one could find the list of all notifications per day (and also clear the list). As a result I cannot carefully read and check the notifications, e.g. the case of one unwanted kind of adult site (to figure out what it is and why it reaches me while I never subscribed). I guess Monterey is not always "progress"

In conclusion, the new "Notification Center" is pretty useless. I get "Notifications" for a very few seconds, often no time to read carefully. And then they are gone forever, contrary to the old version where you could review all and then manually delete. And there is no list of "unread notifications"...
