iPhone 11 camera appear green screen when taking photo (2022)

It works fine for recording video, but problem arise when I tried to take a picture, whether from original camera or other camera like by using whatsapp. I didn't drop my phone or splash with water. Tried several ways from internet but still not working. It happens like every day. Every morning I will try my camera and if problem arise, I restart my phone and it works fine. However, from today I can't take a photo at all despite I restart my phone for several times.

You possibly have a hardware failure. If it is still in warranty and there are no signs of drop or water it should be fixed. Outside warranty it will probably be a replacement phone if Apple fix it. Contact the links below for prices.

As the video works you may be lucky that it can be resolved by a forced restart.

So first try a Forced restart Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)

If no better you should arrange a repair iPhone Service & Repair - Apple Support

Or

Contact - Official Apple Support

Anything other than Screen or Battery may be a replacement phone and the price is in the article under "Other damage"
