Cannot record voice memos and make calls

How can I differentiate an audio ic disease from just a microphone flex cable fault or microphone issue in iPhone 7plus ? Please advise.

NOTE: The top part of my screen is badly damaged and exposed

When I'm on a call or recording a voice memo, the microphone doesn't work and I can't hear anything. (Whether they call me or if I call) While if I record a video the audio is heard. Voice Memos stop unexpectedly during recording Summary Voice Memos on iPhone unexpectedly stop recording after a few seconds when initiated from the lock screen. This issue occurs despite the recording initially appearing active (e.g., visible progress in the Dynamic Island). The problem leads to loss of important audio recordings and undermines trust in the device's functionality. Steps to Reproduce From the lock screen, start a Voice Memo recording using the tool button (via Control Center). Observe that the recording indicator and progress bar appear on the Dynamic Island, confirming the recording has started. Leave the phone untouched while it is recording. After some time, return to the phone. Observe that the recording stopped unexpectedly after only a few seconds (e.g., 5-15 seconds) without user intervention. Device and Software Information Device: iPhone 16 Pro iOS Version: 18.2.1 Available Storage: 176 GB Additional Notes The issue has occurred multiple times, resulting in the loss of valuable recordings. The reliability of Voice Memos is critical for the user, and this issue significantly affects productivity and trust in the device.

iPhone 11pro max Microphone During phone calls During phone calls they say my voice sounds muffled and the cant hear me clearly but when i record voice memos and videos I am crystal clear. Does anyone know what the problem with my Iphone 11pro max could be? Please assist

If you already tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in this support article:--> If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working - Apple Support, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above;
Using the "Apple Store" app, available and downloadable from AppStore.
