Why is my phone on 3 g and I pay for 5g

My phone is not working on 5 G and it’s working on 3G which I pay for 5 G I need the problem to be fix

An iPhone XR cannot support 5G connection.

Only iPhone models belonging to 12 or 13 series have the appropriate hardware to connect to a 5G network.

An iPhone XR isn't capable of 5G. If you should be getting 4G, contact your wireless carrier.

You will need an iPhone 12 or iPhone 13 if you want to use 5G service.

You should be receiving a 4G or LTE signal. Contact your carrier.
