font size changes when sending from Mac OS to iPhone recipient

When I send an e-mail from my MacBook, the recipient who sees the message on their iPhone mail app gets different font sizes in the message, even though the outgoing message is all in the same size font. The problem does not appear if the recipient sees the message on their MacBook mail. Here is a photo. Is there a way to avoid this without manually going into the draft message and having to manipulate the font/font size for the body of the email before the message gets sent? Extremely frustrating and embarrassing when sending professional emails for work. See screen cap below.

You have no control over how another user renders the font size... this would depend on local preferences whether it is "iPhone" or Android...(?) or the mail client being used... is beyond your control.

If you are copying and pasting text it is possible you are including some pre-formatted font size—try clearing the entire message in plain text or some such to strip out formatting if you are concerned with this detail.

I do not think font size determines "professionalism."

You mean you can see the different font sizes at your end already before it gets sent?

Does this same thing happen if you remove your signature stuff from the message?

Does it help before sending to select your text and make sure the font is set to a particular size for the whole thing?

What mail system are you using? MS Exchange by chance?
