When trying to download Monterey, after the T&cs, it says to select a disk to download to but there’s no disk there?? I’ve open disk until it’s and have this: (see image) but I don’t know what I’m doing? Apparently it needs a partition or something? Can anyone help please??? nightmare! 🙏🏻I

It appears you have really borked something here—
Do you have good backups of your user data—you may well need one to restore your user data
