How can I view saved files on iPhone on our pc ? Will adding storage space help ?

If you saved files to iCloud from an iPhone, you can access them on a PC through the iCloud.com website or the iCloud for Windows application: link-> Download iCloud for Windows - Apple Support
You cannot however view iPhone backups in iCloud on a computer directly.
