Can’t sign in

I cant sign into my apple account I don’t have access to trusted phone number bc it was my brother old phone number nor recovery key

Cannot login to my account I have an apple ID and the password for it but cannot access it... I don't have any devices that have access to the account. So it needs to be a fresh login. The problem is as I haven't logged into the account for a while it sends me a text message to verify the login to and old phone number which I no longer have. I then try and say I forgot my password and try to reset it but the security questions say they are incorrect which is wrong: They are what street I grew up on and where my parents met. I have tried every variant possible of capital, lowercase, some capitals some lower case etc. but it says my answers are wrong...they are not.... Is there anyway I can log into my account? This seems absurd as I have the password just not the phone number??? Any help?
