Send SMTPE from Logic to Arena Resolume
I'm intending to export SMPTE info from Logic Pro X 10.4.8 (OK, it's old, but works...) to Arena Resolume, in order to sync audio tracks (in Logic) with video tracks (in Arena Resolume). It's possible?

Logic can transmit MTC (Midi time code), the Midi version of SMPTE. If Arena requires actual SMPTE you will need a convertor box. Are both applications running on the same machine?
I've used SMPTE in the past to sync computers to broadcast video, SMPTE is an audio signal. If you could get a SMPTE audio track, you could dedicate one of the Scarlett's audio outs as an Input to Resolume, but that would mean both applications would have to have access to the Audio interface at the same time.
I doubt if The Scarlett can be accessed by both devices, so the leaves you using the computers audio for SMPTE input. This is old school stuff requiring wiring.. Check the Arena Resolume website, or run a search
using --> Arena Resolume MTC SMPTE. There are possible virtual solutions.
SMPTE to MTC boxes are common MTC to SMPTE are less common.
Hi Pancenter, yeah, bot apps running in an iMac. A Focusrite Scarlet 18i20 may convert it? In other hand, Arena also listen to MIDI messages. In my case, only Play, Stop and Go To messages are necessary, but I'm afraid concerning sync 10 Logic audio tracks (from Scarlet) + video, trigged by Lemur app in an iPad, u kknow? I'm all ears...
