Hey there bnoveau,

Make sure you’re following these steps to share photos using Messages from your Mac:

1. In the Photos app on your Mac, select up to 10 photos to share.
2. Your recipients can play the video in Live Photos that you send using Messages.
3. Click the Share button in the toolbar and choose Messages.
4. Type one or more email addresses or phone numbers, or click the Add button  and select people from Contacts.
5. If you want, you can type a text message to include with your photos.
6. Click Send.

Follow these steps to share using Mail:

1. In the Photos app on your Mac, select the photos you want to send.
2. You can send photos from your photo library or an album, but not from a slideshow or a project.
3. Click the Share button in the toolbar and choose Mail.
4. Mail opens a mail message with your photos attached.
5. Type the recipient’s email address in the To field, then type a subject line in the Subject field.
6. Type a message and choose an image size from the Image Size pop-up menu if you want, then click Send.

If you’re following those steps and the issue is still occurring, can you tell us what happens when you try?
