A black dot appears on my 13pro max and it is not physically damaged, its under warranty, i went to authorized service provider they are saying apple has void your warranty and we cannot repair or replace your product, what is the solution of this

Doesn't matter. This is physical damage to the LCD caused by excessive pressure. If it were a defect, the edges would be much 'cleaner'. The warranty is void.
If you enter your iPhone's serial number at this Apple website, what does it tell you about your coverage?
I assume that you mean December 1, 2022 ... correct? If so, then your iPhone is still under the Apple warranty. At this point, if you feel that the service center did not properly address this issue, I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly for assistance. That’s physical damage to the display. it is not covered by the warranty.
