got black screen doing latest update…on iPhone X…connecting to Mac shows error code 4013…any solutions?

Appreciate your reply…I have tried 4X but no success…downloads appear to be working and then right at end of upload to phone…I get 4013 Error Code….going to Apple Store tomorrow so they can hopefully help
