Cant update my phone
I have a IPhone 5s and was not able to update it wirelessly or with a computer. All it says is you phone is updated to the latest iOS (12.5.5) even though that’s not the latest iOS

That’s the latest OS that an iPhone 5S can run. Your 9 year old hardware is not capable of any higher version.
