If you don’t have another Trusted Device, signing in to https://icloud.com/find is the only way you can run YOUR FindMy.
Why can’t you login to iCloud w/ a browser? (You did after all login and post here)
Al alternative is that any friends with whom you’ve shared your location might be able to locate your device, but they can’t activate “Lost Mode” or “Remote Erase.”
