Unable to recover deleted note

I just deleted a "Note" from my Notes on my iphone and tried to recover but can't find a < or a deleted folder - can you please help my recover this note on my iphone 13 pro max.

If you deleted a Note from your iPhone and it doesn’t exist in the Deleted Folder (or the Folder does not exist) then you cannot recover that deleted Note. It has been permanently deleted.
