Mail folders in Mail App iOS - Update - My Tip for solution.

The iOS Mail folders isn't "friendly " to handle.

New Tip :

make 3-4 New Folders with Folder name : A-J & K-T ...

Move present folder to these new folders for easier handle .

You can also make another New Folders as needed like subject or projects.

Change the default “move to” folder in mail iOS This has been going on for some years without a change. And quite some people have the same issue. The fancy “learning mode” of the mail system on iPhone and iPad does it work too well it seems. So the moment it thinks certain messages should go to a certain folder, it never changes that anymore. It stopped learning. And -most importantly- there’s no way to reset or change it manually. A nice feature becomes a frustrating setting. There is no solution and in the (link to) proposed product features, weirdly enough Mail is not mentioned in the iOS section?! (It is in MacOS.) Safari is, as most other programs and apps. So I’m not surprised they never worked on it if they didn’t get the idea or complaints. How can we get Apple to know this issue exists and get it prioritized and to the development team?

Suggested Folder to Move in Mail App on iOS & iPadOS Since iOS and iPadOS 16, the ability to suggest folder to move mails to same folder that has not been working on my iPhone and iPad. But iMac and MacBook (essentially macOS Big Sur or Sonoma) are working normally. Even with the new iOS and iPadOS 17 update this week, the same behaviour persists. Mail App on my iMac and MacBook remain able to suggest folder to mail mail. This is incredible helpful and productive to move mails to the correct folder with 1-click, instead of search the correct folder (which sometimes it is hard to find the right one) and move them one by one. What is weird is that they are from the same mail server (from Apple iCloud) and yet they do not have same features on the different Apple platforms. I've just checked on iCloud (browser access), the same issue exists and this is no good. Is this a bug or I need to re-index my Mail app again? Is that even possible? If someone has the same experience with their @mac.com or @me.com mail, please let me know if you know a fix or it is just another known issue like those Apple's 'nobody can solve, please report to Engineering to solve' type of issue. No Genius senior advisors are able to solve this. Do I just have to wait for an update on Mail App on iOS/iPadOS or it is just an isolated problem?

Suggested move to mail files quit working When I click on move to file, it no longer lists the file I previously moved the emails to. I would like that feature restored.
