Can't open numbers file

Hi, I am unable to open numbers file. It was working fine few days ago. Now the error shows that numbers can't read the file. I don't have the file backup. How do I restore it?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.5

Hi kirti242,

You may want to see if the file opens ok on another device that has Numbers installed.

or

Is it possible your Numbers app needs updating ?

(With Numbers open, click on "Numbers" in the top menu

Click "About Numbers" to view the version number)

If you aren't using the latest version (12.1) on your Mac, you may want to try updating the app.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I was really hoping that the file opens after update but sadly it didn't :/

Numbers is updated.

I will check if it opens on another mac and hoping for it to work. Let's see.
