Hi Jamal_,

We want to help make sure you're able to enjoy music and movies on your Mac! If you haven't already done so, restart your Mac to test if this continues. A restart is a simple step that can resolve a variety of issues. To restart, choose the Apple menu  > Restart.

We would also like to check if adjusting the output settings makes this issue any better. To do that:

  1. Choose the Apple menu > System Preferences, click Sound , then click Output.
  2. Drag the Balance slider to adjust the balance
  3. Drag the Output volume slider to adjust the volume

Does adjust the balance or volume make any difference?

Can you also let us know if you're experiencing this when playing music/videos from any app, or if this is only happening within a certain app or website.

If possible, can you test if this happens when using headphones as well, or only when using the build in Mac speakers?

We look forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks.
