Can I segregate a section of the iCloud for a specific phone?

I have 3 iPhones and a mac. One of my iPhones is more of a work phone, I need the extra storage of the iCloud to use with this phone (as I take alot of photos and videos), but I don't want the other photos and videos currently stored in my icloud to be available on this phone ( I have a lot of videos and photos of my family stored in my iCloud that I don't need to have on my workphone). Is there a way to have a section on my iCloud dedicated to my workphone?
