low bitrate

I have an Apple TV 4K (2021). When I connect it to the LG 4K SDR TV, the Netflix image from the Sandman series is very good. When I put an image onto a 1080p SDR projector, the image is already very poor quality. Low bitrate. Blurred image.

When I do the experiment and connect the image to the same LG TV but in 1080p SDR, it is just as bad as on the projector.

When I change to, for example, 1080p HDR, it is very good. But on the projector I can't set 1080p HDR, only SDR (then it's low bitrate and it's bad.

How to get a nice picture on Apple TV in the Netflix application, with 1080p SDR settings? The Netflix application for Apple TV 4K has a serious error that it displays a very low quality image (so far I have a problem with the Sandman series), it seems to be good on other movies.

Xiaomi Mi BOX plays the same series on the projector in the Netflix application in very good quality. There is something wrong with Apple TV 4K and the Netflix App.
