Switching off phone when is locked

Why Iphone or ipad have option to switch off the phone/ ipad when its locked?

how can turn of switching off option when locked, so if the device is lost or stollen anyone can switch it off even is off.

Also, How can select option in setting to hide or not access aeroplane mode/ data/ wifi mode when phone is locked from control center.

instead of hiding whole control center from setting.

its a privacy concern to be focused where, these controls shouldn’t be allowed to be accessed when device is locked.

Below providing screenshot when device is locked.

As you may know, you can prevent the whole Control Center from displaying when the iPhone is Locked. This can be accomplished by opening Settings ➡️ Face ID & Passcode ➡️ Under Allow Access When Locked ➡️ Control Center: Set this to OFF.

Furthermore for all your other suggestions and feedback, You can suggest this feature directly to Apple by leaving a product feedback here 👉 Product Feedback - Apple

Wow, it's been a while since I've seen this question.

What you're suggesting would cause far more trouble than it's worth. In order to troubleshoot a frozen or non-responsive phone, you need to be able to turn it off. It would not be possible to do that if you needed to enter a password.

Thieves don't need to turn a phone off or disable the network in order to hide the phone from Find My. All they need is a Faraday bag (a bag that blocks radio signals).

I don't understand what the privacy concern is.
