sync extremely slow and unreliant.

I have a service that I am currently syncing over my apple icloud with the phone, iPad, Macbook and PC (Obsidian).

Apple icloud is extremely slow on the PC which reduces the start time to 2-5 minutes and creates some sync issues. Any way I can fix this? Otherwise I will need to move to another cloud provider, and potentially also replace my other apple devices with windows devices.

Would prefer to not do that, but obsidian is currently my main tool of note-taking and work and the PC my main machine.
