Open Settings ➡️ Messages ➡️ Blocked Contacts: Here, your blocked contacts will be shown. Choose and delete them as you please.

Another place to double check is, open Settings ➡️ Messages ➡️ Filter Unknown Senders: Set this to OFF (if it was ON).
