You can’t. If you just added it to an existing Apple ID you have 2 weeks to remove it; after that, its permanent. If you just created an Apple ID it is required on all new Apple ID accounts.
You should add additional trusted devices and/or trusted phone numbers so you can get codes if your primary device is lost or disabled.
