I lost my iPhone two weeks ago. I always used face recognition for passwords including my Apple ID password and when I got a new phone I couldn’t remember my password to sign into my Apple ID for my previous phone. My Apple Watch was connected to it and now I can’t unpair it from my old phone bc it’s lost and need to connect it to my new phone. Help please!

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
