Iphone Repair

I have an iphone 13 pro max 128 gb sierra blue (A2484) was bought from your fifth avenue store on 13rd April 2022. 

a few days ago, i had an accident and my iphone has been damaged. I can't use it. I live in Turkey and contact the Apple Turkey. I want to give it to fix or change it for a fee but they said to me " we can't do anything, fix or change it in here, you should go to the USA and you can fix it at there." 

Could you show me the way to fix or change it with the new one?

How can I send my iphone to your service in USA from Turkey?
