My ISPs WI-FI Router only supports WPA2/Personal not WPA2/AES

I keep getting "weak security" on my Wi-FI settings for my MacBook Pro and iPad Pro. Called my ISP and they said they don't support WPA3 or AES in their routers. What shoul I do to get "strong security" in my IOS settings?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.5

Get and use your own router or change to an ISP that supports current security protocols.
