Fitness+ Time to Walk and Hearing Aids Incompatible!

This question has gone unanswered so I'm posting it again. Is it possible that Apple has put out an inaccessible device!?!?! This doesn't seem right!

My hearing aids (phonak) are paired to Bluetooth on my iPhone and work fine on other Fitness+ workouts ,however when trying to launch an Apple Fitness+ Time to Walk workout the hearing aids will not pair with the Watch (series6).

Will not connect.

Watch Continues to search.

What do I need to do so I can listen to the Time to Walk workouts? The hearing aids connect fine with the other Fitness+ workouts.

Hello Groovygirl1430,

If you are able to pair the hearing aids with the Apple Watch and listen to all the other workouts, and only the Time to Walk have this issue, we suggest you reach out to Apple Support to let them know: Get Support

They are going to be in the best position to assist further.
