Photos are low quality when sending or transferring

I currently have an iphone 11. Whenever I send pictures through either telegram or email, the pictures are always low quality. Rough example of 1 photo sent, 76kb 1280x960 resolution. If I browse into the phone from my computer, I can see the image and its 1mb 4032x3024 in size so theres no problem there. Theres other photos around 6mb etc, thats just 1 example. So if I try sending it compresses everything.

Settings I've tried... -

Messages - Low quality image mode - off

Camera - formats - most compatible

I've even held my finger on the image and chosen copy, then paste into the chat program or email. The only way to get a full quality photo is connecting it to the pc which is a bit annoying.

Side question, any way to change the location of the itunes backup from %appdata% folder on C drive to another drive?
