Every once in a while, the mouse pointer will become sluggish for a while. To be more specific, it jumps back to a previous position for one frame and then catches up on the next frame.

I take it back. The issue comes back every once in a while. Especially on the external monitor. I have to either reconnect it or toggle it to 30FPS and then back to 60FPS. Very frustrating. I'm pretty sure it's not a monitor issue because it happens on the laptop's built-in display as well.

The issue goes away if I select ProMotion as the refresh rate for the built-in display. I must have switched it at some point to 60fps, for some reason.
