RODE WIRELESS GO and MacBook AIR / No input LEVEL

Good evening all

Sorry to bother you again with a problem that has been called a while ago


i have been on youtube, on forums, on google etc

i have the cables, plugs, connections etc


BUT when i go to general settings - Sound - USB Audio Input detected - Volume on close to the max -

I HAVE NO INPUT LEVEL


i can see that my RODE are working the green level is moving on the receptor that is plugged in my Mac through the grey cable + the "mic input plug" ( dont know the name) to the USB

BUT I NOT WORKING

nothing is going in the MacBook


nothing with iMovie yes i have selected USB device

nothing with QuickTime Player yes I have selected USB device



i feel i am cursed

i need to voice over my videos


does anyone have the answer ???


MacBook Air (11-inch, Early 2015)

this is my MacBook i know it s old but rarely used it until now.

software is up to date
