USB-C Speakerphone stop working after allowing to connect to Macbook

Hello,

I have a Dell SP3022 Speakerphone for about 1 year. It is working properly. No issues related to it. I have tested it on other multiple devices.

I'm having an strange issue with my Macbook Pro 14 running Ventura (13.1).

I have my setting "Allow accessories to connect" set to "Ask every time".

When I connect the speakerphone to the USB-C port, the device powers on and the popup asking if I want to allow this device to connect to my computer appears.

At this moment, the device is working OK. I can turn the volume up and down, for example, I just can't select it as an audio output/input since MacOS doesn't recognize it.

When I click "Allow" in the popup, the speakerphone completely hangs. I can't change the volume and nothing else works on it.

I can't also select it as an audio output/input device since it's not listed as an option.

If I set the "Allow accessories to connect" setting to "Always", before plugging the device. The speakerphone doesn't even power on.

It's like the speakerphone is black listed on my computer or something like that.

When I check the "System Information", all information related to the USB device is correct.

Has anyone experienced something like that before?

Thanks in advance.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.1
