Only 1000 notes

Hello!

My phone is getting old so sometimes it erases notes from the Notes app. However, I have them backed up at my Yahoo-account so when I get more storage I can download them again by switching on-off-on my account in the Notes-settings. Today I've tried it twice but my phone won't download more than 1000 notes, when it comes to 1000 it just stops. Does someone know why? And please help me out.

Also, I recently bought a new computer and that one won't download all of the notes either (even if it doesn't stop at 1000). It's really weird since I see all the notes in my Yahoo-account at the web.
