Find an iPhone

Hello! My friend recently lost his iPhone and when I go to the locator to help him, he writes that the iPhone is not available because I need to set up iCloud. But the phone is lost how do I go to his icloud and configure if he has a two-tefikatsia turned on, I can go. I'll be a blogdaren!

He would have needed to turn on Find MY in his phone before it was lost. There is no way to turn on Find My in iCloud remotely after it is lost.
