Shortcut app ( leave and arrive ) function not working

I am trying to use shortcut app to send my wife msg when I leave work and I arrived at work ..

but everytime it ask me to run manually ..

I restarted my phone . Deleted and recreated new function but still it’s doing same thing . Also I am trying to see if there is a option says “ don’t ask when it will run “ but in this function ( leave and arrive ) don’t have it . I tried “time of day “ and it’s works perfect ( it send msg on time to who I want to send msg ) but only leave and Arrive not working properly . I know I am using current area ( location is on ) still won’t work .. can u please find out and let me know the solution .
