I relocated from UK to Ireland. I cannot download any of the Irish based app, and this is causing unnecessary troubles.
i have changed my country to Ireland in the General section, and it did not help.
can someone please advise me on this. I am close to wanting to give up my IPhone to migrate into a Samsung after 18 years of use of Apple.

You need to have a debit / credit card issued by a bank in Ireland.
You need to have a billing address in Ireland.
-> Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.
