Control Centre Symbols/Labels

Is there a way to add word labels to the  symbols in Control Centre? (Trying to move my Mum over from Android so I can help her with it, but she can’t remember what all the symbols mean (Already spent years trying to learn them-it’s not happening)(Android phone has labels as well as symbols)

Many Thanks.

The Control Center symbols/icons cannot be named or have a name displayed next to them.

I recommend that you suggest this feature directly to Apple by leaving a product feedback here 👉 Product Feedback - Apple

EL ~ Which Control Centre controls does your Mum frequently use? ...Because simple custom shortcuts in Apple's Shortcuts app can probably control some of those. Then you have the option to have big "widget shortcut" buttons on the home screen to control, say, Cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Or you could have just a single, big button which displays a menu of controls along with clear word labels. To give you an idea of the possibilities, on my Home screen I have this big "widget shortcut" button I've called Out & About:

...When tapped, it shows this menu – you can see that I can control Cellular & Wi-Fi from here:

And besides the single, big "widget shortcut" button, 4 & 8 button panels can be chosen:
