Stolen iPhone

I am travelling in Europe at the moment. My iPhone was stolen in Switzerland and when I tried to log in to my iCloud account to find the phone, I discovered that I cannot access the account as it does not recognise my password. I know the password I’m using is correct, so I can only assume my iCloud account has been compromised. Can you advise how I can change my password when I have no phone with a trusted number. I do have access to my husbands iPhone and iPad.
