"Filtered by SMS filter" is not showing in imessage app
"Filtered by SMS filter" is not showing in message setting in my iphone 13. How to activate this option ?

There is no such Filter available in the Messages app. There is Filter Unknown Senders and that is available in Settings ➡️ Messages ➡️ Filter Unknown Senders: Set this to ON.
