apple music

So my phone got stolen a couple weeks ago, i got it replaced but i lost all my information due to not remembering my passwords. I had apple music on that phone but since I no longer have that phone I dont use apple music. Apple music keeps charging my card because I can’t get into my account to cancel the subscription. What can I do?

Your Apple ID can be reset:

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support


Or contact the official Apple Support and ask them for help. Only they can look into your personal data and settings:
