Can't HEAR Phone Calls Unless on SPEAKER on my iphone 12

Hi Guys,

I have recently updated the latest version of OS to my phone, Suddently the issue has been started while calling to one of my friend.

I have tried all posssibilities, but still its not working.

iPhone 12, iOS 15
