I get the message when I unlock my phone…m.hotmail.com cannot be verified. I have no hotmail and cannot find it in my accounts. There is no option to delete it. I have checked under Passwords and Accounts and found nothing. My last two iPhones have been hacked and my identity stolen. I am concerned this is another attempt. How do I stop this message?

You have done some great steps to try to resolve the issue on your own.
Based on what you've mentioned, make sure this isn't related to a Calendar or Contacts account either: Settings > Calendar (Contacts). If the account doesn't appear there either, check for any profiles that can cause these kinds of issues: Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple Support
Hotmail is also commonly referred to as Outlook, so be sure to check for those accounts as well that might be using the Hotmail server.
