My iPhone XR keeps switching off and on on its own and when I tried to hard reset it , it didn’t change a thing. Is it because I have a little crack on the bottom left of my screen or is it the battery

Go to Settings/Battery Battery health. What does it say about battery condition, and what is the maximum capacity?
That symptom most commonly is a failing battery, but if the phone has been damaged that is also a possibility. Not so much the crack, but the physical shock that caused the crack.

The maximum capacity is 83%.
It is probably the shock that triggered with the battery .
